A certified unit is engineered for specific wind and snow loads. A non-certified unit is not rated for wind and snow. A certified unit typically employs a more substantial anchor system and additional structural frame components compared to a non-certified unit. Should you need a building permit for your unit, you will also need the engineer certified unit.
We do not provide rain gutters for any of our units.

The end walls of the unit can be left completely open or customers can choose to add optional gable ends, extended gables, or the unit can be closed to the ground. Gables add to the curb appeal of the unit, hiding the roof structural components. End options also provide additional as well as make the structure stronger and more rigid, side-to-side.
All steel panels on the side wall and end wall are left un-trimmed on the bottom. J-trim can be added to the bottom of the panels for both appearance and for safety. We recommend J-trim on any panel edge that is 3′ – 7′ in clearance height and will be exposed to foot-traffic.
